walmart doesn't suck after all!

since i have been in korea, i have been trying to find a universal converter to make my computer and things plug into the plugs here, which are europeanish. for some reason, no one, not my boss and not the electrician stores, know what i am talking about. even when i show them a universal converter that niki has here. seriously people. does no one in korea ever travel? so i emailed trusty crusty walmart in daegu to see if they had what i needed. the first response i got back from them said that they were out of stock, sorry. but then i recieved this email --

If you still want it, please visit our Siji store after 6:00pm, tomorrow(sorry, we can not make it earlier) and pick it up at our customer service
desk.

Don't you remember that South Park episode? This is how Walmart sucks you in and gains your loyalty! There may be no hope left for your soul... ;)
You should see if they can find a way to get you some Jif. ;)
Just think: while WalMart is giving you the universal plug for free, their associates are working for minimum wage and nonexistent benefits. Oh, yeah. They're also having to watch crappy propaganda videos on Wally Vision.
But don't worry. Their associates seek revenge by bringing in lousy attitudes, giving "special" discounts at the register, and having sex in the bins on their breaks. At least that's what the regular WalMart associates told me during the summer and winter breaks I helped build Sam's empire.
i thought my universal plug smelled of something along those lines, megs. :)
